Please read these Terms of Business thoroughly. Any work carried out by Angel Digital is based on the understanding that these Terms are understood and accepted by the customer. The placing of an order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. All jobs need to be placed through the on-line ordering system. Once a job has been submitted, payment will be taken and the job will commence. A customer can only cancel a job by contacting Angel Digital direct and before any work has taken place. In this instance a refund will be given. If any work has started, the job will commence and no refund will be given. Angel Digital aims to fulfil the order with due care and attention and based on the information and files provided by the customer. It is the customers’ responsibility to provide files that are ready to print. Any files provided by the customer for an order will be used on the basis that the customer is aware of image resolutions and file sizes. Guidance is provided by Angel Digital on the website and can be obtained by contacting Angel Digital. Angel Digital will not perform any enhancements such as dust & scratch removal to customer files. Any files that are not at the correct size will be re-sized by Angel Digital according to the size ordered and this re-sizing may include cropping of images. Where this may occur Angel Digital will crop the image according to professional judgement, based on the type of image provided. Should any problems arise, the customer needs to contact Angel Digital to discuss the matter further. Angel Digital shall be entitled to sub-contract any service it agrees to perform. Angel Digital reserves the right to alter prices without notice. Work carried out, whether preliminary, experimentally or otherwise, at the customer's request, will be charged accordingly. Delivery to the customer will be by the most affordable means for that item and this charge is payable by the customer. Delivery will be by one of the following means: Royal Mail, Parcel Force or Courier. Any items that are received damaged, the customer must contact Angel Digital within 24 hours of delivery for compensation to be claimed. Due to different screen profiles and printer profiles Angel Digital do not guarantee colour matching. Reproduction of colour will be deemed faithful at the discretion of Angel Digital, whose decision will be final. All stated print and trim sizes are nominal and Angel Digital will accept no liability for minor variations in size. Without prejudice to other remedies, Angel Digital shall in respect of all unpaid debts due from the customer, retain title to the goods until such debts are paid. In the event of a customer being unable to pay debts, Angel Digital may recover the goods, which are its property by virtue of this clause by means it deems necessary. The costs of recovering the goods will be passed onto the customer. Angel Digital shall not be required to print any matter, which in its opinion is or may be of an illegal, immoral or libellous nature. Angel Digital shall be indemnified by the customer in respect of any claims, costs and expenses arising out of any libellous matter printed for the customer or any infringement of trade marks, copyright, patent or design. Where such instances occur, the customer will be given a full refund for the order. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all material presented for photography, printing, copying, duplicating or any other form of reproduction is free from any third party claims for breach of copyright or license. Angel Digital is not responsible for the care and handling of any prints once received by the customer. Angel Digital is not liable for damage caused by third parties. Angel Digital adds a light fixative spray to all canvas prints. If the customer requires further protection, this must be carried out by the customer at the discretion and risk of the customer. Life expectancy and performance of any canvas printing is based on manufacturers claims. Angel Digital is not liable for any deviation in quality or consistency of printed images, media & frames.
